What is a Resume ?

The term “resume” is used interchangeably with “Curriculum Vitae” (CV) but the two terms refer to two different documents. A Resume is a brief document while a CV is much more detailed. As a rule of thumb, a resume is 1 page long usually while a CV allows an applicant to provide deatiled information and could be several pages long.
A good resume contains basic information about the applicant, organized in a way which is easy for the reader to comprehend.
